Udrive currently supports cash payments only. We record ride fare amount and payment status but do not collect or store card, bank, or digital wallet details.

We use your information to provide and manage rides, connect riders with drivers, improve app performance, communicate updates, ensure safety, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements.

We do not sell your data. Information is shared only between riders and drivers to complete trips, with trusted service providers, or when required by Pakistani law.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

You can access, update, correct, or delete your personal data and withdraw consent by contacting Udrive support.

We use secure servers, encrypted transmissions, and limited access controls to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure.

Udrive is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
